Susan Kizzire began her work with the District Attorney's office in August of 2008. As coordinator of the worthless check unit for Marion County, her duties include providing information to merchants about worthless check cases, processing worthless checks, processing complaints and arrest warrants, negotiating settlements, testifying in court, and collection of restitution, fees, and court costs.
Prior to working with our office, Ms. Kizzire worked at State Bank & Trust for 14 years.
Ms. Kizzire is a graduate of Marion County High School.
