Ted Smith began working for the District Attorney's office in 1998. His duties include grand jury preparation, trial co-ordination, and investigations.

Prior to working with our office, Mr. Smith served 28 years as a probation and parole officer, primarily in Marion and Winston counties.

Mr. Smith is a graduate of Winfield High School, Walker Junior College and Livingston University.
