TAMMY
MILLER Tammy Miller began her work with the District Attorney's office in 1992. As coordinator of of the worthless check unit for Winston County, her duties include providing information to merchants about worthless check cases, processing worthless checks, processing complaints and arrest warrants, negotiating settlements, testifying in court, and collection of restitution, fees, and court costs. As a Restitution Recovery Officer, she collects past-due court-ordered monies, such as fines, court costs, and restitution for crime victims. Prior to working with our office, Ms. Miller worked in the accounting departments for two area industries and as a bookkeeper and teller for an area financial institution. Ms. Miller is a graduate of Winston County High School.
