DANA
SUTHERLAND Dana Sutherland began working for the District Attorney's office in 2002. As a Victim Services Officer, her duties include providing assistance to crime victims, preparing them for court, giving them notice of court hearings, and helping them to recover any monetary losses that they might have suffered. Her other duties include preparing cases for grand jury, preparing cases for criminal jury court, preparing condemnation cases, and handling financial matters. Prior to working with our office, Ms. Sutherland worked as the Chief Clerk in the Winston County Sheriff's Department. Ms. Sutherland is a graduate of Winston County High School, Walker College, where she earned a degree in Office Management, and Northwest Shoals Community College, where she earned a degree in Criminal Justice.
